Team Brave Athlete Joel Munro took some time out of his training, to head to the local air force base up in Newcastle, Australia.

Together with fellow CrossFit Regionals Athlete Sean Brickwood (CrossFit Origin), Munro tackled some "heavy jet" pulls for time.
