The fourth instalment of the Moorabbin Megabowl went down at CrossFit South Wharf last weekend.

It was a great competition held by Kyle Frankenfeld of CrossFit Moorabbin, putting the Advanced and Intermediate Athletes through a wide range of fitness tests across the two days.

Team Brave held their own, with two places on the podium and four places overall in the Top 10. 

Final Standings:

• Mitch Sinnamon - 2nd Place
• Jordan Bender - 3rd Place
• Joel Munro - 5th Place
• Tom Lengyel - 8th Place
