Filmed only two weeks prior to the 2017 Pacific Regionals, our cameras travelled to Melbourne Australia to catch up with Regional qualifying athletes Mitch Sinnamon, Jordan Bender and Tom Lengyel.

Sinnamon, Bender and Lengyel represent Team Brave at the upcoming Pacific CrossFit Regionals.

Regionals are to be held at WIN Stadium (Wollongong, NSW, Australia) the Friday 26th to Sunday the 28th of May 2017.
